‘You should be in control of your data’, says Apple CEO Tim Cook on privacy - Privacy Community

Apple Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Tim Cook said that privacy is a user’s fundamental right and that Apple builds it into its products and services. He added that users should be in control of your data and not its highest bidder.

    I feel like this is still just lip service to the privacy community. I don’t believe that any tech CEO actually cares about their users’ privacy.

      You are right. However, we have to be optimists because something is changing.
      Tim Cook has always been careful about privacy indeed.
